After four years of research, collaboration, and innovation, the AMBHER Project (Ammonia and MOF-Based Hydrogen Storage for Europe) has successfully reached its final stage.
The consortium recently held the final review meeting, marking an important milestone in the project journey. The meeting was attended by the HaDEA Project Officer and an independent expert, who reviewed the achievements and results obtained throughout the project.
Since its launch, AMBHER has brought together partners from across Europe with a shared ambition: to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for hydrogen storage and support the transition towards a more sustainable energy system.
Over the past four years, the project has explored advanced technologies combining green ammonia, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), catalysts, membranes, and innovative reactor concepts to address some of the key challenges related to hydrogen storage and transport.
For 1CUBE, as leader of the Dissemination and Communication activities, AMBHER has been a valuable journey of knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration. Throughout the project, 1CUBE supported the communication of project results, organised dissemination activities, and contributed to increasing awareness of the role that hydrogen and ammonia technologies can play in the future energy landscape.
The conclusion of AMBHER represents not only the achievement of the project objectives, but also the result of the strong collaboration among all consortium partners. The knowledge generated, the connections established, and the results achieved will continue to contribute to the advancement of sustainable hydrogen technologies.
